Biography

Andrew’s practice includes the representation of debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in complex restructuring transactions and bankruptcy proceedings. He has experience in both debtor and creditor matters and joined the firm after clerking for the Honorable Karen B. Owens in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. 

Andrew graduated from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law in 2020. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University where he earned a degree in Political Science while competing as a member of the Fordham University Men’s rowing team.

During law school he was a member of Villanova University’s nationally-ranked moot court board. He gained extensive experience serving as a judicial intern in the chambers of President Judge Emeritus, Susan Peikes-Gantman of the Pennsylvania Superior Court (2018), the Honorable Kevin J. Carey of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (2019), and for the Honorable Kevin Gross of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (2019).
