Andy’s practice includes the representation of debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in complex restructuring transactions and bankruptcy proceedings.  He is a committed advocate who approaches every representation with a practical sensibility and a big-picture focus.

Prior to joining Young Conaway, Andy gained valuable corporate experience rendering advice and legal opinions in connection with all Delaware entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and statutory trusts. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from Nazareth College and graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.  During law school, he served as an executive board member and negotiation team captain with the Sports Law Society.
