Biography

Ben Carver focuses his practice on debtor and stakeholder representation in complex corporate restructuring, bankruptcy litigation, and related business matters. Drawing on his background in technical writing and regulatory compliance, Ben prides himself on his ability to synthesize viable legal solutions to the real-world business issues faced by his clients.

Ben graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the Journal of Business and Technology Law and a member of the Business Law Society. During law school, Ben honed his skills as an advocate and a writer by representing clients before the United States Tax Court as a member the University of Maryland’s Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. Ben brings the same passion for client advocacy and writing to his practice today.
