Biography

Charles focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division (“CCLD”) of the Delaware Superior Court. He draws from his experience in various fields of law, including corporate restructuring, public interest, and mass tort litigation, to help provide effective solutions to complex issues for his clients.

Before joining the firm, Charles served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Eric M. Davis of the Delaware Superior Court, CCLD.

Charles graduated from Delaware Law School in 2022. At Delaware Law School, Charles was the Bluebook Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society.
