Biography

Emily’s practice focuses on advising clients with regards to all aspects of business planning and commercial transactions, including corporate governance issues, structure and documentation of business transactions, and alternative entity matters. She also works closely with the firm’s bankruptcy attorneys in counseling clients on governance and transactional matters.

Emily graduated from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she earned a concentration in Sports Law and was a Moorad Sports Law Fellow. While in law school, Emily was an extern for Optimum Sports Consulting and Athletes First Agency, where she provided legal compliance and endorsement transaction support for student-athletes and entities in the Name, Image, and Likeness (“NIL”) arena. 

Emily earned her B.A. in Economics in 2017 from Washington and Lee University and she received a M.S. in Management from The Catholic University of America in 2020.
