"Making the Most of Retirement Assets" and "Developments Affecting Discharge of Indebtedness and Utilization of NOL," Delaware Tax Institute: Current Developments, Planning Ideas and Hot Topics
On January 30, 2009, Partner Jerome K. Grossman will introduce the keynote speaker during the Delaware Tax Institute's CLE Event at Widener University School of Law. The Distinguished Address will be followed by four afternoon breakout sessions. During the first breakout session, Partner Richard J.A. Popper will participate in a panel discussion about retirement assets, including Roth conversions. Associate Jennifer R. Noel will discuss developments affecting discharge of indebtedness and net operating losses during the second breakout session.
