Jen focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation in the District of Delaware.  Prior to joining the firm, Jen also worked on employment and complex commercial litigation matters in both State and Federal courts in Delaware. Jen has an interest in growing scientific and technology developments in the law, which allows her to stay ahead of complex and novel issues facing her clients.

In law school, Jen was an executive member of Tulane Law School Moot Court, a coach for the Tulane Law Mock Trial and Black Law Students’ Association Trial Team, and a competing member on mock trial, her team winning at a regional tournament.  She was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Upon graduating, she was inducted into the Order of the Barristers.

Prior to law school, Jen was awarded the National Security Education Program David L. Boren Scholarship and U.S. State Department Critical Language Scholarship.  Jen's diverse background working with different clients, judges, and firms before and after law school allows her to understand different facets of litigation and better serve the needs of her clients.

Jen is co-leader of Young Conaway’s READY Affinity Group and a member of the firm’s Women’s Affinity Group and DEI and Pro Bono Committees.
