Biography

Leah’s practice focuses on business planning and commercial transactions. She advises clients on the formation, governance, and dissolution of corporations and alternative entities, and on mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. She brings a unique perspective to this work based upon her experience before joining Young Conaway at a global law firm where she focused on renewable-energy-related transactions and regulatory matters.

In addition, Leah is committed to pro bono service and has previously worked providing legal services pro bono to newly arrived immigrants at the U.S.-Mexico border.
