Leah’s practice focuses on business planning and commercial transactions. She advises clients on the formation, governance, and dissolution of corporations and alternative entities, and on mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. She brings a unique perspective to this work based upon her experience before joining Young Conaway at a global law firm where she focused on renewable-energy-related transactions and regulatory matters.

In addition, Leah is committed to pro bono service and has previously worked providing legal services pro bono to newly arrived immigrants at the U.S.-Mexico border.
