During the August 2023 Annual Meeting of the American Bar Association in Denver, Young Conaway partner William "Bill" Johnston addressed the Nominating Committee of the ABA in his capacity as a candidate for Chair of the ABA House of Delegates for the 2024-26 term.
Bill has served in the House of Delegates for over 17 years, including over 8 years as State Delegate from Delaware. His record of service and leadership also includes President of the Delaware State Bar Association, President of the American Judicature Society, Chair of the ABA Business Law Section, and President of the American Counsel Association.
