Young Conaway Welcomes New Partner Kevin A. Guerke

(Wilmington, DE) - Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP is pleased to announce that Kevin A. Guerke has joined the firm as a Partner in the firm’s Bankruptcy, Commercial, and Complex & Specialty Litigation Sections.

“We are pleased to welcome Kevin to Young Conaway,” said Robert S. Brady, Chairman of the Firm.  “He is a respected trial advocate whose extensive knowledge of both corporate and commercial issues will be advantageous to our clients as they navigate through Delaware’s courts.”

Kevin Guerke has appeared in jury and non-jury trials in every state and federal trial court in Delaware, including multi-million dollar disputes in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court.  His ability to analyze the facts of a case and develop successful courtroom strategies has been recognized by colleagues in a number of peer rankings, including an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell. Kevin is a member of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court. He serves as a Commissioner on the Delaware Lottery Commission.

Kevin graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He obtained his law degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law and was a law clerk for the Honorable Jerome O. Herlihy of the Delaware Superior Court. Kevin is admitted to practice in Delaware
