Rebecca’s practice includes the representation of debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in complex restructuring matters. She has experience advising clients in a wide range of business sectors and at all stages of Chapter 11 proceedings.

Prior to joining Young Conaway, Rebecca gained unique insight into secured lending transactions as a finance associate at a large, global law firm. She represented some of the firm’s largest private equity and public company clients as borrowers in acquisition financings, direct lending and syndicated facilities, and subscription lines of credit. Rebecca draws on her finance experience to effectively lead her clients through in- and out-of-court bankruptcy cases.

During law school, Rebecca also served as a legal intern for the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, where she worked on a range of matters, including financing of infrastructure, hospitality, and renewable energy projects.
