Biography

Sarah practices corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and in the Complex Commercial Litigation Division (“CCLD”) of the Delaware Superior Court. She offers a wide array of legal experiences that uniquely position her to provide creative and effective solutions for her clients.

Sarah graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 2023, where she was a senior staff member for The Federal Circuit Bar Journal. During her time in law school, Sarah was a judicial extern for the Honorable Kristina Pickering with the Nevada Supreme Court and a legal intern for the International Franchise Association. Sarah earned her B.A. in English and Law, History, and Culture in 2020 from the University of Southern California, graduating magna cum laude.
