Mike focuses his practice on corporate and commercial litigation, primarily in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Prior to joining Young Conaway, he worked in-house for the Virginia Tech’s legal department. His experience provides valuable insight on corporate governance and structure, allowing him to effectively assist the client’s needs.

Mike graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2022. During his time in law school, Mike served as an Articles Editor for the Wake Forest Law Review. He was also a member of the Moot Court Board and the Trial Bar. Mike earned his B.A. in multimedia journalism at Virginia Tech in 2019.
