This event looks into why arbitration and mediation practices remain similar, even in a diverse economy with diverse participants. Attendees will explore ways for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) neutrals to better represent the diversity of the people they help resolve disputes with.
This is a free event. Participants will be eligible to earn 2.5 credits in Diversity, Inclusion, and Elimination of Bias (NY transitional and nontransitional).
